TopTalk helps job seekers practice English interview answers with model answers, sentence shadowing, reusable phrases, and paid practice access. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your email address, name, and hashed password.
- Practice activity, such as saved phrases, vocabulary, progress, and member status.
- Payment status from our payment provider, such as whether checkout succeeded.
- Basic technical information, such as browser, device, logs, and security events.
Payment information
We do not store full card numbers. Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We receive limited payment metadata needed to unlock the correct TopTalk account after a successful purchase.
Local drafts
Some answer drafts may be saved in your browser storage so you can continue practice later. These drafts stay on your device unless a future feature clearly asks you to submit or sync them.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To provide interview practice, vocabulary, progress, and member features.
- To process checkout results and unlock paid access.
- To prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the product.
Cookies
