How refunds work for TopTalk paid practice access.

Simple refund window
If you buy TopTalk Pro and cannot access the product, or it is clearly not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@toptalkapp.com.
What we need
Include the email address used for your TopTalk account, the payment email if different, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or sensitive financial information.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment provider and payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times vary.
Abuse and exceptions
We may refuse refunds for abuse, repeated refund requests, account sharing, chargeback fraud, or use that violates the Terms of Service. Payment provider fees may be non-refundable where the provider keeps them.
Subscription cancellation
TopTalk Pro is sold as monthly or yearly access unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past paid periods. Early lifetime purchases, if any, do not require subscription cancellation.
