The basic rules for using TopTalk and purchasing practice access.

Acceptance
By using TopTalk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What TopTalk provides
TopTalk provides English job interview practice materials, including model answers, sentence-by-sentence shadowing, reusable phrases, vocabulary, and writing tools. TopTalk is an educational product, not a recruiter, employer, immigration advisor, legal advisor, or professional career guarantee.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Use accurate information and do not share paid access in a way that abuses the service.
Paid access
The Interview Answer Practice Pack is currently offered as a $9 one-time purchase for early access. Paid access unlocks member features for the account used at checkout. Unless clearly stated otherwise, it is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
No guaranteed outcomes
We work to make the practice useful, but we do not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, salary increases, visa outcomes, or employer decisions.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use TopTalk for fraud, spam, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
- Do not copy paid materials for redistribution or resale.
- Do not submit content that violates another person's rights.
Intellectual property
TopTalk content, design, and product materials belong to TopTalk or its licensors. You may use the materials for your own learning and interview preparation, but you may not resell or republish them as a competing product.
Changes
We may update the service and these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of TopTalk after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
